4. Generated Content and Outputs
CNC Copilot provides AI-assisted outputs for design and manufacturing workflows. You are responsible for validating all outputs before fabrication, machining, printing, or commercial use.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing terms shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
CNC Copilot and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. Except for the rights explicitly granted in these terms, no additional rights are transferred.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC Copilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law.
